James Harding

Hi, I’m James Harding, a UK-based experienced and Customer Success Manager. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Data Analytics and Project Management, as well as a First-Class degree in Computing from Anglia Ruskin University.

Over my career so far I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurs and SMBs to large enterprises and Fortune 500 global organisations. My experience spans multiple industries and sectors, including SaaS, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, retail, manufacturing, global industry, premiership football teams, national sports teams, utility providers, household brands, finance and the amazing charity sector.

I lead the Customer Success function at an AWS Advanced Tier Partner and IoT Specialist, where I develop and execute frameworks for customer success, retention, and growth anchored in business impact. My role combines hands-on customer engagement with cross-functional alignment ensuring teams across delivery, engineering, and leadership remain focused on shared customer outcomes. I champion the voice of the customer throughout the organisation to ensure that every decision drives mutual value and long-term success.

I curate and organise the Cambridge Customer Success Meetup (www.cambscs.co.uk) and also curate and organise the official AWS London Well-Architected User Group (www.wafr.online), as well as contribute to a number a number of other groups and communities.
