Hi, I’m James Harding, a UK-based experienced and Certified Customer Success Manager. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Data Analytics and Project Management, as well as a First-Class degree in Computing from Anglia Ruskin University.

Over my career so far I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurs and SMBs to large enterprises and Fortune 500 global organisations. My experience spans multiple industries and sectors, including SaaS, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, retail, manufacturing, global industry, premiership football teams, national sports teams, utility providers, household brands, finance and the amazing charity sector.
