Project Management and Analytics are integral to project work and Customer Success Management. Aside from working directly with people, assisting in achiving the goals of amazing organisations, these are among the most enjoyable aspects of my professional journey to date.
To deepen my expertise in these areas, I pursued a Master’s degree, earning an MSc in Project Management and Data Analytics. Both fields are constantly evolving, and with the rapid advancement of AI, the coming years promise to bring exciting and transformative developments.
