Customer Success (CS) is my passion, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Technical Customer Success Manager, collaborating with incredible customers across the UK, EMEA, and the US.

While I’ve gained significant experience in the field, I view CS as an ever-evolving discipline—much like fashion, it’s never static but continually adapting, evolving, and reinventing itself. This constant evolution underscores the importance of engaging with the CS community. Contributing to and learning from my peers and their diverse experiences has been invaluable, as the community is brimming with intelligent, creative, resourceful, honest, and genuinely amazing people.

Staying accredited is another crucial aspect of maintaining a strong foundation in Customer Success. It helps ensure I remain well-versed in all aspects of the field while revisiting its core principles. Among the various accredited associations, I personally rely on Success Coaching to support my ongoing professional growth.
