Earlier in February I stayed at the newly opened Bike & Boot in The Peak District. Located near Hope and the Hope Valley the Bike & Boot finished construction in 2023.
The hotel boasts stunning rooms, a stunning restaurant and is located in the world famous picturesque Peak District. Prices are very affordable, I got an out of season discount, a double room for one night with breakfast cost less than £70.
The restaurant has a broad selection of meals from steaks, to burgers as well as platters to share. It is open until around 9pm in the evening. The restaurant also provides breakfast in the morning, ranging from basic continental to a range of cooked items such as bacon and eggs. During my visit though a fully cooked breakfast was not available. (This might have just been due to being out of season).

Very Dog Friendly Accommodation In The Peak District
The hotel is not only dog friendly but it is dog obsessed. Dog’s are allowed throughout the hotel, including the restaurant. Furthermore, within the rooms are dog beds, dog towels and even a complimentary rope tugger for your pooches.
Guest Wifi
WIFI access is included in the cost of the room, something that is becoming a rarity. The speed of which was incredible, especially considering the remote location, with sufficient bandwidth to even watch some Netflix.
If you are looking for a nice hotel in the peak district, particularly a dog friendly one, I would certainly recommend this hotel.
